Who is this website not for?

Coaches who only coach coaches.

This site is just for coaches based in the United States and Canada.

Coaches cannot follow our values. See below

How We Roll. Our Values are:

As a collective group, we are committed to supporting our fellow coaches in our community. This is how we work together.

Collaboration over Competition

We understand when one boat rises, we all rise. We support our fellow coach members and want them to succeed also.

Be Respectful

Respect your potential client or client if hired. If there’s a conflict, work together respectfully to resolve it.

Be there for your clients—listen, respect their needs, and protect their confidentiality. Show up fully for each session and be judgment-free.

Kindness goes a long way. Let’s keep it cool and respectful! No drama, no harassment, no negativity. We’re all here to grow and learn.

Intrigity.

We have a commitment to raising the industry’s credibility. Professionally present yourself. Communicate clearly and often, and do your part to ensure each other’s comfort in every situation. Be honest and provide documentation for your client when hired.

Stay focused on your clients’ goals and keep things professional. Be committed to continuing your learning and maintaining the highest standards of coaching.

No spam, no ads.  Let’s keep it professional and respectful in every interaction.

Inclusion.

Don’t discriminate based on race, national origin, social and economic class, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, political belief, religion, mental and physical ability, or any other factor.

Growth.

The best way to show up for your clients is to be committed to growing and learning new skills.
